Pray daily to your Father in heaven in the name of Jesus, that He will Bless you with these gifts, Love ,Joy and Peace, with Goodness and Kindness and Godlyness, long suffering with patience and temperance, with Meekness and humility doing violence to no man but be content with your wages. Live your life daily with these acts and the Holy Spirit will live within you and make you a Son and a hier with Jesus in the kingdom of Heaven. Remember to Love one another and to Love your nieghbor as you love yourself and you can do harm to no man and become a Man of Peace, like Jesus our Lord
